- Sesame Oil1.5

Use 4 cups cooked day-old rice. Have 2 cups shredded cooked chicken ready.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over highest heat. Add 3 beaten eggs, scramble 30 seconds. Push to side.

Add 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn). Stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add 4 minced garlic cloves + 1 tablespoon grated ginger. Stir 30 seconds.
