- Paneer375 g
- Garlic4.5 cloves
- Onion1.5 medium
- Tomato3 medium
- Ginger1.5 tsp
- Garam Masala1.5
- Cream0.75 cup
- Salt1.5 tsp
Instructions

Blanch 1 lb fresh spinach in boiling water 30 sec. Plunge into ice water. Squeeze dry. Blend smooth with ΒΌ cup water.

Heat 3 tablespoons ghee in pot. Add 1 chopped onion, cook 8 minutes until golden.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 chopped green chili. Cook 1 min.

Add 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, Β½ teaspoon turmeric, 1.5 teaspoons salt. Cook 1 min.

Add the spinach puree and ΒΌ cup water. Simmer 10 min. Stir in Β½ cup heavy cream.

Add 14 oz cubed paneer. Simmer 5 min. Finish with 1 teaspoon kasoori methi, butter pat. Serve with naan or rice.
