- Soy Sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Spring Onion1

Use 4 cups cooked day-old rice. Cube 1 cup paneer.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over highest heat. Pan-fry paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Set aside.

Add 1 more tablespoon oil. Add 3 beaten eggs, scramble 30 sec.

Add 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell pepper). Stir-fry 3 min. Add 4 minced garlic + 1 tablespoon ginger.

Add rice and paneer. Toss 3 minutes.

Drizzle 3 tablespoons soy + 1 teaspoon sesame oil + 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce around rim. Toss. Add chopped scallions. Serve immediately.
