πŸ’‘ Expert Tips

  • 1.More green chilies for heat.
  • 2.Crushed seeds add texture.
  • 3.Bhuna for proper karahi.
  • 4.Fresh ginger at end.

πŸ”¬ Why It Works

Hotter karahi succeeds with the same technique but more green chilies for the spice-lovers version. The bhuna (cook-down) creates the signature thick coating gravy.
